Who I am

A little About Me

I'm Erwan, an engineer who likes being close to the people who use the software. I trained as both an engineer and a manager (Télécom Saint-Étienne and IMT Business School), and my career has lived at that intersection ever since.

Today I'm a Forward Deployed Engineer at Taktile, where I lead implementations of its AI decision engine for enterprise and SME clients, automating credit underwriting, KYB/KYC and AML decisions with Python, OCR, LLMs and agentic AI, on projects worth €500K+.

Before that, I shipped 30+ internal data apps at Carrefour Property and designed solutions for Fortune 500 clients at CAST, helping close over $250k in deals. On the side I built and still run a custom ERP for Next Tower, a 5G infrastructure company.

What I do best: sit with a customer, understand the real problem, and deliver working software that solves it, fast.

Next Tower ERP

Next Tower deploys 5G antennas across Carrefour properties and needed one system to run the business. I designed, built and still maintain their custom ERP end to end, from data model to UI.
